Two separate contracts with American Cermanics has ended in costing my newly widowed neighbor and me extra charges after we were informed that "everything was included "in their quotes." As it turns out the installers can remove the plumbing but aren't allowed to reinstall it after the counters are done because this is "labor. " ( It's still called plumbing, isn't it?) We learned about this deception after hours on holiday weekends when plumbers we could have called ahead of time had made other plans. Not having running water for hours is an inconvenience to say the least. The company should refund the extra charges and be more forthcoming in the future.
