For the average homeowner not really understanding plumbing, I was thankful for the honesty these guys showed to let me know that I really did not need to replace my whole sewer line as the "other plumbing company" told me. They were able to fix our problem in under two hours. Big difference!
I really liked this company. They squeezed us in there schedule to help with our emergency at our office complex. Even got a follow up call the next day to for quality control. They are now top of the list.

Reliable Rooter came out and fixed my mainline clog in about 30 miniute. Friendly staff, and they came when they said they would. Great service all around! Relaible Rooter will be the first call in the future.Rescue Rooter was the first plumber I called to fix the clogged mainline they quouted me $3000.00 to replace the mainline should take about 2 days. They said the clog was full of tree roots and they couldn't get through it. I asked them if they used there snake with a saw blade and they told me yes we tried that, LIARS. They tried to sell me by using there camera to see the clog, sales gimmick! CROOKES!!!!!!!!!!!
Called about a possible leak due to work I did the previous day. Jon arrived within two hours, as promised. His diagnosis was simply a "knocking pipe", due to heat expansion. I may have loosened it. He could have sold me hours of work, ripping into walls, etc - but didn't.A bit pricey ($99), but maybe that's the cost of priority service? My bad, I didn't ask.

I called the office and got an appointment the next day. Robert did a great job, solved my problem, and offered advice on another plumbing problem. He was very honest, upfront, and went beyond my expectations for the service. He left everything clean and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.
These guys were great. They replaced my toilet flange. Robert gave me a quote up front, explained everything clearly, and did the work for a fair price. They were genuine guys and didn't try to sell me on any extra contracts or services. I will defintely be using these guys again and would highly recommend them.
