Orange Mirror & Glass

I ordered a couple things from Coastal... A couple shower enclosures, and some new windows. And these guys do a great job. The service is really great and easy to deal with. And the product, so far, has been perfect. They go out of their way to provide great service, which I really like. Most other glass companies don't do that. I'd definitely buy from them again.

Orange Mirror is a fantastic company and is very highly recommended. I found them through yellowpages.com and read the reviews, and let me tell you, they are much more than their reviews. I puchased a sliding glass patio door and screen, and the products are phenomenal. The customer service with both Mike & Angel were exceptional and the installer was just as cordial and helpful in addressing all questions and needs. The service was very expedient and extraordianry; the products are of high quality, and the price was very reasonable. I will definately spread the word on how incredible Orange Mirror's products and services are, and I will use them always for future needs. Thank you Orange Mirror. You are the BEST!!!

I called looking for a faster install time and better price than the one I had. Although they were ballpark on the price, what I really appreciated was Angel's friendly attitude and professional explanation as to the industry install time for patio door glass. Having just been robbed and a little wound up, Angel helped me understand my situation and probably saved me a bunch of running around looking for something I would never find. Thanks, when it's not a warranty issue, I will definitely use you in the future!!

I called on a Friday afternoon to have two separate window panes replaced. They quoted me over the phone and were out Monday morning (even with Monday a holiday). They honored their quote and replaced the windows the same day. I am 100% satisfied with the job!

A man came out to my house to measure about 1-1/2 months ago. I never received a quote. I even called to follow up and was advised that Mark/Mike was handling and it took time for a quote. I never received the quote and finally had to find another company. So irresponsible and such a wasted morning with the guy who came to measure, plus had to take off work. I don't understand these companies that do not follow up after making contact and totally wasting your time!!!

Let me preface by saying that due to a serious medical condition and the current pandemic, I cannot be around people outside of my household members. So I arranged for my adult son to show the delivery person into my kitchen through the back door when the glass arrived. After letting the kitchen air for an hour once the delivery person had left, I went in to inspect the glass and immediately noticed a deep scratch the length of my finger on the surface. There were even tiny splinters of glass around the scratch. I called and spoke with a very nice woman, who asked that I email photos to them (see attached). I then called back and was referred to a "supervisor" who immediately launched into a speech about how "in 25 years of working there" never have they allowed a damaged piece of glass to leave the warehouse. When he looked at the photos he first denied that it was even a scratch and then told me that the scratch was on my wooden table. I insisted that it was on the surface of the glass. I had to interrupt his defensive tirade multiple times in order to explain my concerns. I was finally able to ask what he planned to do about the problem, to which he answered that he'd send the guy who delivered it out to my house in the morning to inspect it. This was absolutely the worst customer service I have received in quite a long time. I felt as though I was being gaslighted by this guy. The next morning the delivery person came out with a different supervisor and was apologetic that he did not notice the scratch the day before. They both were polite and assured my husband (who was home at the the time) that they would replace the glass within 5 days, which they did accomplish. I am disappointed in the treatment I received with the first supervisor and have decided that I will NOT be hiring this company to replace the double pane glass windows in our house (which we plan to do soon).
