Great Service . . . went way beyond what was required. Cleaned air conditioner expertly, as scheduled. He then changed ceiling bulbs, moved refrigerator and cleaned underneath, none of which was requested in advance. John is knowledgeable and friendly. He always seeks to do the very best job he can. Really benefits the company's image.

I appreciate Service Tech Javier Vasquez calling me back to make sure all work done was acceptable in light of the fact it was the leaking water heater which is always a safety concern. John McEwen was my visiting technician. Wow! What an education I received from him! He was so generous with his wisdom and experience and taught me how to open my vents to obtain best use of the air conditioning unit. He was fair, honest and educational and I felt an immediate bond as he explained everything to me while making me feel respected and intelligent (even though I have no clue!). He didn't hold back with what he thought was the best treatment for my AC unit but he also layed out options with both their detriments and beneifts. I felt like I had a real knowledge of how the units work and how to better use them to save money on my monthly bills. Ask for John...he won't let you down!
First rate company, service and employees! All of people I dealt with in-office and field: Dean, Melinda, Dustin, Saeng and Frank were all friendly, professional and efficient. I cannot comment on the AC replacement as it was just installed today...but it's working/cooling like a charm now! With regard to price, I also cannot comment on how price competitive they are as I am not the homeowner and did not secure other proposals. Everything else described in the almost-unanimously positive ratings and reviews of others were demonstrated and evidenced as true plus some! Saeng and Frank arrived on time, prepped their areas of work, took to task in a timely manner and were gone sooner than I anticipated...with no trace in sight that they had ever been here. I highly recommend Dial One Sonshine and would look no further. What can I say...they were great!
