Not very professional. After receiving the estimate and contacting them to schedule the install date, it took forever for him to find my paperwork and get back to me. Then I scheduled the install on two separate dates which he then cancelled on both for personal reasons. What a waste of my time! I could have had my gutters already installed several weeks, and two storms, ago. Do yourself a favor and don't waste time as I did. Just call someone else. You'll be glad you did.
