These people destroyed my concrete slab while removing old parquet floor, they left thousands of 2-3 deep holes using a jack hammer with a pointed hardened steel tip. They filled the holes with glue and covered them with the new flooring. I don't even want to talk about the hardwood they installed on my staircase, because now I need to have all of that HORRIBLY POOR CRAFTSMANSHIP torn out and replaced, what a waste of money.
