From the initial phone call to the appointment, we were treated as if we had been customers for years! We just found Hay's Cooling & Heating and they showed up before our time frame. Our service was outstanding! We highly recommend Hay's and Jerry & Sam were both great!
Technician Al A. Hays Cooling and Heating. EXCELLENT JOB! Polite, courteous, and professional. Actually I think hes the only tech that EVER took the time to hook up a water hose to clean out the unit on the 2nd story roof. Gave me the full low down on my unit and is sending pictures to my E mail. I called the company up and said I only want Al A. out here for now on! THANK YOU AL! WE WILL SEE YOU AGAIN!

Friendly, honest, service by Mike from Hays. Found a lot of good reviews online and they were true. No scamming, sales pushes, or ripoffs. If you are getting jerked around by AC guys give Hays a call!
When faced with a broken A/C system and a hot day, Mike did everything right to get us back on line. The system had some mismatched components, from a previous company install, and Mike was able to think out of the box to solve the problem. I am impressed and grateful.
I am very impressed with all aspects of the process of getting a new AC unit. The install team of Roy and Bob worked very clean, they were experienced and paid attention to every detail. Bill S did a great job as well I will continue to use Hays for all my hvac needs
