Lowe's is not the lowest and does not honor their own coupons or promotions. I am basically stating the obvious... Shop around, Lowe's will not have the item at the lowest price and does not honor the price match plus 10% or its 5% discount on its credit card. During early shopping, I found a washer and dryer at a different store, but wanted to shop around to make sure that it was the one... I had the 10% coupon for Lowe's so I decided to try out Lowe's. Found the same set, but $612 more. (Wow, both Best Buy and Sears are really $612 cheaper!!!) Talking to the manager, they stated that I could either use the coupon or do the price match. Obviously, the price match was better, but, they would not honor the price match plus %10 difference since it was a sale item... Plus... it would take 35 days to get the same item. Needless to say, I went next door to Best Buy to buy the same item for $600+ cheaper to receive it 1/4 of the time... Also, for those that have the Lowe's credit card, the %5
