We have received extremely poor service. There was and continues to be no communication from the company, and my estimate of 5-7 weeks was a complete fabrication. It has been 10 weeks, and they are still not completed. They will not return calls on a timely manner, and nobody on the project site knows what anyone else is doing. Nobody can answer questions. So far, during construction, the crew has destroyed my stone planters, and broken my fire pit. I would never recommend this company, and urge you not to sign a contract with them.
My first contact with WFUP was seeing their truck driving up the 101. I figured that since I had already gotten bids from a few other pool companies I should check them out as well. The guy who answered the phones was great, the salesman knowledgable, and above all they actually got back to me! The bid they left me was accurate, and was very fast. Some companies haven't even called me back yet. Anyway, I haven't completely decided who I go with yet. Ugly Pools is on the top so far though!
Sure they are quick to get the sale but after it was said and done the price was way more than expected. And some of the time the workers needed to ask a question or us to them and there was a language barrier. It's a catchy name and great marketing wish the work matched.
