I had an appointment with Jaycox on the morning of June 29, 2009 for an AC checkup. The service man showed up on time and then proceeded, in my opinion, to go about his business like one of the 3 Stooges. He reached up with a screw driver to open the lever locks on the filter housing and then proceed to pull out the air filter with his screw driver. The filter popped out and fell to the floor, came apart and made a mess on the floor. The filter is one of the reusable kind with a plastic frame and a plastic type fabric filter. I had to take the filter outside and spend time putting it back together. I have removed this filter and cleaned it many times myself without any problems. I asked the service man to leave. I then called Jaycox and told them I would never use their company again. The gentlemen I spoke to said "Thank you. We will document our file". I will never use Jaycox again.
