Walked into this store for the first time and was OVERWHELMED! There is so much in there and if you don't see what you want, just ask! Now for the best part: The Sales Team! These guys will bust a gut getting you want you need/want. They're knowledgeable and friendly and know where to go (whether in the computer or on the phone) to help you out. I didn't think this type of customer service still existed!
