NO FOLLOW-THROUGH what-so-ever!!!Installed wrong pump (fountain pump for a pool, duh!), and told us over and over that they would return to fix the issue. They never have and are now making other ridiculous mitigating claims.

These people are clueless about anything to do with pools and do not warranty their parts or labor.

I 100% agree. You would think that since they have been in business since 1983, that they might know something about pools, but they don't. They sold us the wrong heater and then when it broke 2 days later, they wouldn't warranty anything. That was a major waste of $3000. We are filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Registar of Contractors. We will also be writing a compliant to the Rip Off Report.

Stay away from these people. They are more interested in making money than making good on their warranty's. I rarely write reviews but after a Month of waiting for a pump warranty repair and having "Bobby" try everything to get out of it I felt I must. And yes I'm still waiting.

No need to go anywhere else. We bought our spa from Yanni January 2018 and it is awesome. Southwest Spas not only has a great selection, and great prices, but the customer service is fantastic. Had to have electrical done in the backyard, and Yanni's team did an outstanding job.
