This is a great family owned and operated business. They blew me away with their service in almost every aspect; prompt, professionalism, knowledge (the father is also licensed pilot and college graduate), friendliness and price. I had them over to fix some plumbing and learned they also did HVAC work, so I jumped at the opportunity to have them do some A/C work also. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who asked for a plumber of HVAC specialist.

This company lied about the "work" they did and charged me 75 dollars for nothing when they said they "rewired" my Swamp Cooler when in reality they changed the yellow caps of they wiring to red ones another thing was when I called to complain the person who takes the call was rude and distasteful he yelled at me and told me I was lying then continued to ask the technician that came what happened very loudly calling me the f***ing cooler lady I'm sorry but they are liars and thivies charging people for nothing

Having to call for A/C Repairs in Arizona in the first week of July is a scary proposition..When it comes to advertizing we are bombarded by flyers and save pack coupons all the time and I had my fair share in a folder in the kitchen..I got on here from a tiny newspaper ad because I wanted someone local and preferably not one of those Mega Companies with major advertizing budgets..I found the video commercial by Mr. Fredrick to convey a sense of old school honesty and humility that is not easy to find these days..Prompt, Courteous, Technically Proficient, Clean Cut and Fair Pricing..What else can I say?
