Dal Air Conditioning & Heating

I used this company to install a trane air conditioning unit in my rental home about 3 years ago. I called to schedule someone to come out to take a look at it, because it quit working. I called to find out about my warranty. As soon as I asked about the warranty, I was treated with very little respect. The girl on the phone talked to me with such attitude and disrespect, I tried getting them to work with me on the time to shedule to send a technician out, and they would not work with me at all. I ended up going with another company,even though I had a warranty with them, because of their horrible custmer service. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I was referred to your company by a friend. I want to commend your service tech for my first encounter with your company being so pleasurable. He was prompt, clean, thorough and communicated effectively throughout my inspection. I appreciate the time spent informing me of the reason for my cooling issues. I will certainly recommend you to others.

The tech went above and beyond. While he as waiting on the thermostat, he fixed my phone lines, which is very much appreciated.
