Doggonit! We at APD Power Center didn't write the ad. The sales rep at Dex did. I realize the bad economy has hurt all of us. Note I said ALL OF US, not just you, but me too, yeah, it's hurt small business as well as consumers. We can't spend hours on an estimate without getting a deposit and if you read the following paragraph, you will hopefully understand why. At one time in our past history we offered free estimates. Guess what happened? Other repair shops in the area brought their stuff over for us to estimate it FOR FREE! We had to clean the product, diagnose it, in some cases we spent several hours of work that should have been handled by those unscrupulous repair shops. We finally had to drop our free estimate policy. AGAIN! this ad was written by a Quest sales rep, not us. I am so sorry for the misunderstanding, but I hope you understand. Please Note, I rated us mid thumb, because I'd like to think we could do better!
