Horrible service on home warranty policy....transferred from line to line for 4 days straight, then long waits in queue. Nothing ever covered after paying 39.99 per month and 60.00 service fee. Worse home repair plan ever....totally a waste of time and money.

Please share with me why the SEARS sign on the building at 44th is in such need of repair. AFter all, it's been 6 weeks since the storm! I'm a proud supporter of this particular Sears since 1958, but this needs serious attention. It looks bad on the neighborhood as a whole.
