Alaska Countertops Inc has horriable horriable customer service.They said they install solid surface countertops in 2-3 weeks after recieving the material. well,that never happened. my scheduled week (after 3 weeks already went by) was gone and they did not even care to courtesy call to let me know they are so far behind. no apology ever recieved, ever. even after the installation the guys said NOBODY does this type of work in AK, we install 6 kitchens per day.... So does that mean you just take the order, take all money up in front and don't even courtesy call the customer who has no idea what had happened to the promised and paid in full "countertop on paper only" order?all I know the order was paid in full on 20th of May and I finally got the countertops on the 12th of August.4-6 week project had turned into all summer waiting 10-11 week project. Alaska Countertops Inc family bussiness have their noses way up in the sky. I would never recommend Alaska Countertops Inc. Horriable exp.
